Key responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our property portfolio.
• Property Instructions: Manage the onboarding of new properties, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are completed.
• Landlord Communication: Maintain regular contact with landlords, advising on rental market trends and recommending rental price adjustments when necessary.
• Vacate Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections when tenants vacate properties and manage the deposit disbandment process efficiently.
• Viewings: Organise and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Tenant Selection: Assist in the selection process of tenants, ensuring suitable matches for properties.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in property management, lettings, or a related field is preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and tenants.
• Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and properties efficiently.
• Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating rental agreements and resolving disputes.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, particularly when handling contracts and inspections.
• IT Proficiency: Comfortable using property management software, Microsoft Office, and online marketing tools.
• Driving License: A valid UK driving license is essential for property visits and inspections.
