Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating Property Sales: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually agreeable terms.
- Conducting and Organising Viewings: Schedule, organise, and conduct property viewings, ensuring an excellent experience for prospective buyers.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and print advertising.
- Cross-Selling Additional Services: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services such as auction services, conveyancing, and property management to clients.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in property, estate agency, or a strong sales background preferred
- Proven ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment
- Exceptional customer care and customer service skills
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in IT (MS Office, internet, email systems)
